They immediately fixed the mistake by including my missing items in today’s order and even added a complimentary drink as a gesture of goodwill. This is a great example of a service recovery paradox, turning a negative situation into a very positive experience. I hope the team continues to improve, and I’m happy to support your business again. ** OLD FEEDBACK ** have always been a regular customer on Uber Eats, however 7 out of 10 times my order is missing items or the coffee arrives spilled because there is no cup holder. I called the store today, and the first lady who answered said “nó this nó that” and then passed the phone to another staff member. There was no apology, and I was simply told to “go to the Uber app and claim it back.” This is really disappointing customer service. Please reflect on your operation and the way your staff communicate with customers. A simple apology and polite assistance would make a big difference. I hope this feedback is taken seriously so this doesn’t continue happening."

"Finally trying the banh mi from this shop after seeing it on an almost daily basis and no regrets - the bun was generously stuffed with crispy fatty crackling pork (these were so flavourful, tender and rich). The pickled vegetables were very yummy as well and helped to cut through the fattiness of the meat. Staff were very kind to allow us to reserve our orders through the phone as we were worried that it would sell out by the time we arrived at the place."
